* Rates are per person based on two persons per bedroom. Rates are slightly higher at Anderson Ocean Club and slightly lower at Harbourgate and Ocean Park. Taxes are not included. Weekends, holidays, and specials events may be slightly higher. Some restrictions may apply. Carts will be added to Membership and Classic packages for an additional fee.
A deposit of $150.00 per person is required. Advance deposits are non-refundable. A $20.00 change fee will apply for each date change. A $50.00 fee will be charged for early departures.
Our Vacation Protection Plan can be added to your reservation for $20.00. This protection would refund your deposit in full in case of cancellation, refund any unused portion of prepayment in case of early departure, and eliminate any charges should you have to depart earlier than anticipated.
